Why your job applications in Germany get rejected (and what to fix first)
I had 1,000+ rejections before I got job offers in Germany. The 8 most common reasons applications fail in 2026/27, and a two week reset plan.
My story
My name is Samadhan Mule, and most people know me as Swapnil in Germany. I went from 1,000+ rejections to multiple job offers in Germany. Now I help international professionals, especially from India, get hired in Germany and Europe.

Mercedes-BenzPlus 300+ brand collaborations worldwide as a creator and brand ambassador, from Silicon Valley to Bangalore startups.
How I got here
I grew up in Maharashtra and studied engineering in India.
I moved to Germany for my master's in Berlin, with no contacts and no German.
I did food delivery and kitchen shifts to cover my costs while I studied and applied for jobs.
Application after application came back with a no. More than 1,000 times.
I changed how I applied. Within six months of starting my master's, I had multiple job offers, including a full-time role while I was still studying. I was the only one in my batch to do that.
I built my career in digital marketing and delivered projects for brands like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, NVIDIA and Microsoft.
I head digital marketing at a German tech company and also handle recruitment, so I see every day why some candidates move forward and others don't. I also work with several other companies.
I started sharing honest, practical advice. Today 250K+ people follow my work, and I've helped 9,000+ people from 150+ nationalities, directly and indirectly.
I personally guide about 12 people at a time, with a volunteer team of professionals across Europe who once stood where you stand.

Why I do this
I know what it feels like to apply for months and hear nothing back. I also know how much changes when you have the right strategy and someone who tells you the truth about the market.
For me this work is a passion and a cause. That is why I keep the program small, say no when I don't think I can help, and share most of what I know for free. The people on my team feel the same way: they got their jobs through this process and now give their time to help others.
What I believe
I tell you how the market really is, even when it's not what you want to hear. No fake promises, no guaranteed jobs.
Targeted applications, with the right people contacted at each company, beat hundreds of random ones.
I bring the plan, the documents and the support. Your consistency does the rest.
