About
Indo Euro Bridge is the personal brand of Swapnil (Samadhan Mule), known as Swapnil in Germany. I help international professionals, especially from India, get hired in Germany and Europe with a clear strategy, strong documents and real support.

Who I am
I grew up in Maharashtra and studied engineering in India. In October 2021 I moved to Germany for my master's in Berlin, with no contacts and no German. I worked food delivery and kitchen shifts, and collected more than 1,000 rejections.
Then I changed how I applied. Within six months I had multiple job offers. Today I head digital marketing at a German tech company and also handle recruitment, so I see every day why some candidates move forward and others don't.
Alongside my job, I share honest advice on Instagram, where 206K+ people follow my work, and I have worked with 300+ brands as a creator, from Silicon Valley to Bangalore startups.
A personal brand, run by me, with a small volunteer team of professionals across Europe who got their own jobs through this process.
Indo Euro Bridge is not a recruitment, placement or visa agency. Nobody can guarantee a job, an interview or a visa, and I never will.
What I do
ATS-friendly, to European standards, written for your target roles.
For 12 weeks in my 3-month program, with a weekly tracker.
3 to 4 people contacted at each target company.
A mock interview for every interview call you get.
33 free PDF guides and a blog that is updated every week.
Which countries, roles and routes make sense for your profile.
How it works
Send your CV and LinkedIn on WhatsApp or by email.
I look at your profile personally and tell you what I think.
If it's a fit, we agree a strategy for your countries and roles.
Documents, applications, networking, interviews, until you get a job.
Who I help
"I've been through it. I know what it feels like to apply for months and hear nothing back. I also know how much changes when you have the right strategy and someone who tells you the truth about the market."
