Key takeaways
  • The job board collects English speaking jobs in Europe several times a day.
  • It marks ads that mention visa or relocation support, and IND recognised sponsors in the Netherlands.
  • Ads that require existing EU work rights are left out.
  • Every job links to the original ad; you apply there.

The question I get most on Instagram is simple: "Where can I find jobs that sponsor visas?" So I built the answer into this website.

What it does

  • Reads the public job feeds of 300+ employers that hire internationally, plus open job boards, several times a day.
  • Keeps only jobs in Europe whose ad is in English and less than 60 days old.
  • Leaves out ads that say you must already have EU work rights or that sponsorship is not offered.
  • Tags ads that mention visa support or relocation, and for the Netherlands, companies on the IND register of recognised sponsors.
  • Links every job to the original ad, so you apply directly with the employer.

Where to start

Open the job board, or go straight to a country: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Austria or Ireland. You can also browse by field, for example software and IT or engineering.

An honest note

A job board finds jobs; it doesn't get you hired. Most applications from abroad fail because the CV doesn't match the ad. Before you apply, read why applications get rejected, and if you want help, my 3-month program covers the whole process.
